I'm Ezra. In 2022, my long-time love for Greece brought me to the Peloponnese, especially Argolida, in my eyes the most beautiful region of the country.
I’m a house hunter and renovation and design advisor and help you find your dream property in collaboration with the best agents of the region.
With a background in interior design, and a sharp eye for hidden gems, I help you find and transform your dream home or investment property.

Based on your wishlist, I reach out to my trusted network of local agents and make tailored suggestions — both on properties and locations that might fit your lifestyle.
Together, we narrow down what truly matters and select a few promising options.

Buying in Greece can be complex, but you’ll be in good hands. The agents I work with are reliable professionals, supported by a strong local team of real estate lawyers (a must), topographers, engineers, and notaries.
The agent leads the transaction, while I stay closely involved to ensure everything runs smoothly.

While you’re purchasing, I start mapping out your transformation plan — from full renovations to simple updates like a new kitchen, garden design, or interior styling. I help source materials, furniture, and local craftspeople to make your new home move-in ready and uniquely yours.

My way of working is fully transparent. I earn in two ways:
Collaboration with agents – I receive a small share of their sales commission; this doesn’t affect the price you pay.
Renovation & design management – usually 5% of building costs, with a minimum fee of €2,500.
For furniture and materials, I’m compensated directly by the suppliers (around 10%), so you don’t pay extra. Thanks to my trade discounts and local network, you’ll always get competitive prices — often saving more than my fee.
