How we build your dream home in Greece
We're a Dutch team, running a Greek company, active in the region of the Peloponnese. We started Mono Houses because we saw a gap in the market: compact, characterful homes, finished to the last detail, on the best locations.
We work only with architects, engineers, contractors we trust, and collaborate with excellent project managers, on design direction, timeline and budget.
We stay hands-on until the house is truly finished, garden and interior included. And when it's time to move, we help with relocation, lawyers, accountants, whatever you need.

Ezra Langendorff
Ezra leads design and interior at Mono Houses. She's the eye behind every home, from the first sketch to the last piece of furniture, making sure each house has real character. She also leads the relationship with every buyer, from first viewing to the keys.
Design & Interior
Bert Hovens
Bert leads legal and finance at Mono Houses. He manages the legal structure behind every project and keeps a close eye on the financial side, contracts, budgets, numbers. His work makes sure every deal is clean and every foundation solid before the first stone is laid.
Operational & Finance
Nima leads project development and strategy. With years of experience in project development, he oversees quality, timeline and budget, working closely with architects and contractors to make sure what's promised is exactly what gets built.
