Ezra is the creative at Mono Houses. She's the eye behind every home, making sure each house has real character. She also leads the relationship with every real estate client, and manages the real estate portfolio. 

Design & Real Estate

Bert Hovens

Bert leads legal and finance at Mono Houses. He manages the legal structure behind a project and keeps a close eye on the financial side, contracts, budgets, numbers. His work makes sure every deal is clean and every foundation solid before the first stone is laid.

Operational & Finance

Nima leads project development and strategy. With years of experience in project development, he oversees quality, timeline and budget, working closely with architects and contractors to make sure what's promised is exactly what gets built.
