Mono houses is in the preparation phase for a new project, the one we’re very passionate about: new homes with character and true personality, in the Peloponnese. We’re exploring the area of Nafplio and Portocheli, Kranidi and Ermioni and the east side; near Poros.

We are planning to build compact homes with two and three bedrooms. Build not just for holidays, they’re easy to live in all season.

The key elements are: Character, True craftsmanship, high durable quality, history inspired combined with modern design, maximum mediterranean. Building as sustainable as possible, for the planet but also to keep your monthly costs low.

Mono Houses will be finished into every single detail, including interior. And are delivered turn key with optional services for maintenance, rental service, cleaning service and interior decoration.

We are collaborating with experienced architect, quality and reliable builders and project managers that keep the cost and timeline under control.

We’ve have a number of plots under investigation. They’re close to Portocheli and Ermioni. The Greek Côte d’Azur, within 2,5 hours from Athens and easy access to the beautiful Saronic islands Spetses and Hydra.
