The location is the best. It’s right at sea, on the beautiful South-West side of the charming harbor town Ermioni. Step outside your door en take one of the stairs to a swimming plateau at sea. It’s the best combination, set within an historic coastal town, but with the unobstructed sea views.

The current construction is devided into three apartments, two of 100 m² and one of 60 m², the top floor as an incredible XL terrace overlooking the bay.

The house used to be one, and it’s easy to reconnect all floors as the stairs are still there, although hidden behind walls.

Internally it’s a reasonable state, very livable. The outside is lacking charm and quality.
